The conference program will be held at the historic Mayflower Park Hotel. The hotel will provide free Internet access to all attendees staying at the hotel in guestrooms and meeting rooms. The ITFMA group room rate is $205 for single/double occupancy and the prevailing per diem rate for government attendees. To make room reservations, call (206) 382-6991 by June 14, 2016 and mention “ITFMA (IT Financial Management Association)” to get our discounted group room rate. Reservations after that date will be accepted on a space available basis. Calling the hotel before the cut-off date does not guarantee rooms will be available at our special group rate as the hotel is not required to honor this special rate after our block of rooms has been filled, so reserve your room early. Hotel check-out is 12:00 p.m. The hotel may be sold out during this popular time of the year and there is no other hotel nearby that is comparable in quality and price.

Built in 1927, the classic Mayflower Park Hotel has been lovingly restored with crystal chandeliers, loft ceilings, stained glass windows, gleaming brass and period antiques that offer an inviting European elegance to this historic Seattle hotel. NWSource.com’s ‘The Secret Diner’ voted it as having the “Best Main Course” and “Best Service.” The ambiance included mahogany millwork, hand painted murals and plush, and deep-toned fabrics. The restaurant serves fresh Northwest food influenced by the flavors of the Mediterranean.

The hotel’s Oliver’s Lounge, is Seattle’s most popular and elegant downtown bar with its crystal chandeliers, tall paned windows looking out on the street scene, complimentary hors d’oeuvres (4:30-6:00pm), and the sounds of contemporary jazz. Fortune Magazine selected Oliver’s as “Best Place in Seattle to Have a Business Drink.” Seattle Martini Challenge declared them winner of “Seattle’s Best Classic Martini” – 8 years in a row!
