If you are interested in discussing the opportunity of exhibiting at ITFMA programs, please submit through the form on this page. The number of exhibitors is limited to 6-10 at ITFMA conferences and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibitor Benefits

  • Attendee List: You receive an attendee list with everyone’s name, job title, company name, etc.
  • Complimentary Passes: You are provided two passes for staffing your exhibit table and/or attending the conference. The pass entitles the person to attend all buffet breakfasts, buffet lunches, evening receptions and presentations during the 3-day conference. The value of the two passes is over $5,000.
  • Exhibit Table: Network with potential customers at your 6' draped exhibit table during the two peak attendance days on Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
  • Promotion in Conference Brochure: Your sponsorship will be featured in the conference brochure with your company logo and a 50 word description of your products and services. This brochure is mailed to the entire ITFMA database of contacts.
  • Promotion in Conference Handout Booklet: Your company name and 50 word description of your products and services will be described in the on-site material distributed to all conference attendees.
  • Promotion on ITFMA Web Site: Your company logo with a link to your site will be displayed on numerous pages including the Sponsors’ page with a 50 word description of your products and services.
  • Past Attendee List: A list of companies that have attended past ITFMA conferences is available upon request. Attendees are those with financial responsibilities for IT asset management, budgeting & planning, chargeback, ABCM, performance management, benchmarking, expense management, telecom financial management, government financial management, etc. Their job titles include CFOs, controllers, financial managers, SVPs, VPs, directors, managers and analysts. The most heavily represented industries at the conferences have been from Banking, Defense, Education/University, Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, Technology, Telecommunication and Utilities.
